The Social Science team at Orient Blackswan Pvt Ltd, a recognised leader in the field of school publishing, recently worked with Ujjayini on a project. She illustrated one of the books in our series - NEPtune - The world around us. It was an experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Ujjayini has a unique ability to bring characters to life with warmth and personality. Her style, too, is different and eye-catching. In fact, her illustrations gave the book a personality of its own - something that is, I think, quite difficult to achieve in the largely mundane world of school books. She was also highly professional in her dealings with us.
